Sarah is our expert generalist with a pragmatic approach grown from over 20 years of commercial expertise. She continues to work in governance, consulting and advisory roles. Sarah focuses time to Pacific communities, the philanthropic sector and supporting the delivery of new business models and systems.
Tania is a coach, facilitator and speaker with a key interest in neuro-linguistic coaching, human centred approaches and finding balance between economy, business and lifestyle. Her career in fashion and retail included running the award-winning Unity brand for over 15 years. She was buyer of Trelise Cooper, Karen Walker and international brand Vivienne Westwood.
Tom brings expertise and experience in business start-ups, securing funding and finance, and connecting with the Pacific Islands, particularly Samoa. He’s spent time working in business incubators and abroad, and believes innovation, collaboration and execution bring great ideas and projects to life.
Hannah is an Indo-Cook Island artist and content agency director based in Auckland. A Bachelor of Musical Arts graduate, Hannah brings a wealth of experience in project management, start up business and events to the Oyster team.
Jazmin is a graduate from M.I.T. with a Dip. in NZ Business and Management and a Bachelors in Applied Social Work (Te Torino). She brings a wealth of experience in relationship building, sales, marketing, web design and development and has a passion for supporting the advancement of Pasifika and Māori communities.

Kim has expertise in international investment, negotiation and advocacy across a range of sectors.
DR SANDY HARMAN
Of Fijian, Tongan, Chinese and English descent, with a partner and children who affiliate to mana whenua in Tāmaki Makaurau and Hauraki, Sandy specialises in providing intercultural advice/support and navigating complex community contexts. She has worked closely with a range of organisations in Tāmaki Makaurau, while also influencing learning and development, cultural strategy implementation, and systems change - with a focus on Pasifika communities and allyship to tangata whenua. Sandy is committed to deepening opportunities for cultural exchange and working towards a more equitable Aotearoa.
Ana is a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce in Film, Television and Media Studies, Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She is also a passionateentrepreneur and an award winning innovator and recently founded her second start-up.
Ben is a tech professional specialising in product and project management, business analysis and quality assurance. He loves the journey of discovery, design and innovation while navigating and transforming complexity into simple, valuable solutions. He’s experienced in tech and business delivery using lean and agile methodologies.
Angel is an undergraduate of Arts and Commerce, majoring in Chinese and International Business at the Auckland University of Technology. She has experience in arts and cultural development through fashion, dance and start-up businesses. Of Samoan descent, she has key interests in indigenous studies, entrepreneurship and building connections with our younger Pasifika communities.
